You can apply for a NOL card refund if your card is lost, damaged, or expired. The refund is available for all types of NOL cards except unregistered cards. How to refund NOL card Balance?

Two methods can be used to refund the NOL card balance. You can apply for a refund via the RTA Dubai portal and customer care center. Below, I have provided a complete breakdown of it along with the screenshots:

Note: If your card balance is less than 100 AED, you can withdraw it as cash. If it’s more than 100 AED, the refund will be transferred to another registered NOL card.

The process to refund is similar to the NOL card balance check. Here is how you can do it:

  1. To refund your NOL card balance online, visit the RTA website and navigate to the services option. 
  2. In the services option, click on the “Refund NOL Cards Balance” option.

The NOL card balance refund is also available via the customer care center.  Here is the step-by-step guide to do it:

  2. Ask the attendant for a refund. 
  3. You will be asked to provide your NOL card and some important details. 
  4. Your refund will be ready after some verifications.
